Who this is

This site belongs to Birthing With Gnomie, a doula practice based in San Antonio, Texas. When this page says “I” or “me,” it means Naomi.

What I collect, and only when you give it

Nothing on this site asks you to make an account, and there is no tracking that follows you elsewhere.

• When you send the contact form: your name, email, and phone number; your city; your due month and year; which service you are asking about; how you prefer to be contacted; how you found me; and whatever you write in the message. The form asks you to tick a consent box before it will send.
• When you buy a guide or the course: your email address, so the download link can be sent to you and re-sent if it goes missing.
• When you book a consultation: the name, email, and time you choose for the appointment.

I do not buy contact details, and I do not sell, rent, or trade yours to anyone.

Payments never touch this website

Purchases go through Stripe’s own hosted checkout page. Your card number, expiry, and security code are entered on Stripe’s systems and are never sent to, seen by, or stored on this site. All I receive back is confirmation that a payment succeeded and the email address you used.

The services this site relies on

These are the only companies that handle any of your information, and each one is here for a reason:

• Cloudflare — hosts the site and stores contact form submissions.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — a bot check on the contact form. It replaces the puzzles and traffic-light grids of older systems and does not profile you or follow you across sites.
• Stripe — processes payments, as described above.
• Calendly — holds consultation bookings and their times.

If visitor statistics are switched on, they come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. That is why this site shows no cookie banner: it does not set advertising or tracking cookies to ask you about.

How long it is kept

A fixed retention period has not been set yet. In practice, inquiries are kept while we are in conversation and for as long as I may need to refer back to them. If you want yours removed sooner, ask and it will be.

Asking for your information

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send a message and say which. Deleting a purchase record may also remove your access to a download link, so I will tell you before doing that.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging their own care. It is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If what this site collects changes, this page gets updated before that change goes live — not after.
